IX. (1) A CONSUMER who has ordered goods from the SITE shall be entitled to refuse receipt of any goods ordered by him when they are delivered to him only in the circumstances set out in these terms and conditions:
– If the goods delivered are clearly not as ordered by the USER and this can be ascertained by simple inspection of the goods;
– If the goods or their packaging have been damaged in transit;
– If the price to be paid by the USER does not correspond to the price originally quoted on the SITE;
– If the time limit announced for delivery is not met.
2. Complaints under the above points are only made at the time of delivery.
X. Except in the cases listed, the USER shall not be entitled to refuse to receive and pay for the goods ordered by him. Otherwise, he/she shall be liable to pay the costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods.
XI. For cases of refusal to receive the goods, a report shall be drawn up at the time of delivery. If the CUSTOMER refuses to sign the protocol, it shall be deemed that his refusal to receive the goods is unjustified and he shall be liable for the costs of delivery and return of the goods.
XII. After receipt and payment of the goods, the USER may make a claim and request their return and refund of the price paid in the following cases:
1. If the goods have a material defect or non-conformity which could not have been detected by ordinary examination of the goods;

2. If the goods are materially defective in use so as to render them unfit for their intended purpose;
3. Without giving a reason for the return of the product, if it is in its original form, packaging and quality.
XIII. Complaints shall be accepted as follows:
1. Under clauses (1)and (2) of XII : within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
2. As per clause (3) of XII : as per the Consumer Protection Act, Article 55, the CONSUMER shall have the right, without any compensation or penalty and without assigning any reason, to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14/ fourteen/ working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The SELLER shall refund the USER in full the amount paid by the USER, no later than 14 /fourteen/ working days from the date on which the USER has submitted the cancellation by bank transfer or courier, the costs of which shall be borne by the USER.
XIV. (1)When returning an item for an exchange or refund, the USER shall be obliged to send, together with the item, the following documents:
a receipt, a copy of the invoice, with the following fields filled in:
– Refund: the product he wishes to return, reason for return, IBAN account number;
– Exchange for size or other item: by specifying the ID Number name of the item, size and color desired.
2. In the absence of any of the above documents, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse Refund and/or exchange.

3. Return of items shall be made only by courier company, at the option and expense of the USER.
4. Transport costs for the return of the purchase are at the expense of the USER.
For an item to be returned, it must be in good merchantable condition:
– the goods have not been used;
– its packaging is intact;
– the receipt and the invoice are intact;

XV. If there is a discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods delivered, which could not be ascertained at the time of delivery, the goods shall be replaced after the CUSTOMER’s request and inspection to ascertain the discrepancy.
XVI. In case the USER wishes to exchange an item purchased from the WEBSITE for a size or other goods, it shall be sent back by courier to the address : Sofia 1000, bul. Vitosha 80, ground floor, at the CUSTOMER’S expense, only on condition that the goods have not been used, the packaging and the receipt are preserved. The exchanged amount of the purchased item(s), respectively, is sent back to the USER at the indicated delivery address, at the expense of the SITE.
XVII. In the event of five refusals to accept an order registered by the USER’s account, address or name, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse the execution of a subsequent order.
XVIII. When returning an item purchased from the SITE, it is necessary for the USER to adhere to these General Conditions XII (3). The SELLER refuses to accept shipments sent for a refund, with the “Cash on Delivery” option.
