When you buy online from AISLAND BG you benefit from free shipping on purchases over 100lv. For purchases below this limit, the delivery is charged to the Customer according to the rates of courier companies. You have the opportunity to check whether the received product is what you ordered, whether the size and color are correct and whether the integrity of the item is not broken or defective. The courier is obliged to wait for you to inspect the parcel IF you ask them to, but it is not possible to check on the spot whether the product you ordered is to measure.
If, after checking the shipment, you decide that the product does not match what you ordered (wrong color, damaged packaging, does not look like the product you ordered, etc.), we recommend that you REFUSE the shipment. The process of refusing a shipment will be explained to you by the courier.
In case your payment choice is by cash on delivery, we ask you to check the shipment BEFORE paying for it.
If payment is made online, by credit or debit card and you ask the courier to wait for you to make the check but then refuse it, we will only refund the amount to the same account from which payment was made once the parcel has been returned to us and checked.
If your parcel contains more than one product, but after checking you only wish to refuse one of them, you will be provided with a returns record in which to fill in which item you wish to return.
Transportation costs for a refused order are covered by the CUSTOMER.
